Terms of Service

These starter terms describe the v1 product behavior. They should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

Use of the service

Should I Buy or Not? provides informational purchase analysis. Verdicts are not financial, legal, safety, or professional advice.

You are responsible for checking seller terms, warranties, product fit, return policies, taxes, shipping, and final purchase details before buying.

Accounts and subscriptions

Registration uses Supabase email magic links when configured. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for sign-in.

Paid plans, when enabled, are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Subscription changes and payment details are managed through Lemon Squeezy-hosted checkout and customer portal pages.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse rate limits, attempt to extract secrets, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, or use the app to mislead shoppers.

Affiliate links and changes

Some outbound product links may include affiliate parameters. The service may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
